TableNBox SMS Consent
TableNBox sends SMS notifications only after a user enters a mobile number, accepts the consent disclosure, and verifies the number with a one-time code. SMS is used for workforce reminders, account notifications, and payroll-related notices.
Opt-in disclosure
This is the consent text shown before SMS verification.
Enter a mobile number
A signed-in TableNBox user opens notification settings and enters their mobile number.
Review and accept consent
The user must check the consent box shown with the disclosure below before a verification code can be sent.
Verify by SMS code
TableNBox sends a one-time verification code by SMS. Text notifications stay disabled until the code is confirmed.
Manage or opt out
A verified user can disable SMS in TableNBox settings or reply STOP to any text message. HELP returns support information.

Sent after the user verifies their phone number.

User controls
- SMS verification is optional for users.
- SMS delivery remains disabled until the user verifies their mobile number.
- Users can opt out in notification settings or by replying STOP to any TableNBox text message.
